<br />Well, first you have to decide whether you want to host it on a free blog or on a web site.</p>
<p>Both are fairly easy to setup. The downside to free hosting is that you can&#8217;t resell your blog and you don&#8217;t have as much customization options as you do when you host it on a web server.</p>
<p>If you want to host it free go to http://www.blogger.com</p>
<p>If you want to host it on a paid web server here is an article about the top paid hosting servers: http://best-how-to-make-money-online.blogspot.com/2009/02/list-of-top-blog-hosts.html</p>
<p>So, then you create some posts, the better they are the better for your blog.</p>
<p>Next you will want to drive a lot of people to your site to view your stuff.</p>
